Shelia Starkey

Shelia Starkey is the paralegal to Thom Boggs.  She came to the Warner Law Offices team in November, 2024, after more than 10 years as a paralegal with the former Huntington firm of Duffield, Lovejoy & Boggs. 

Shelia is a native of Huntington, but now lives in Barboursville, West Virginia. In between, she lived all over America (NC, IL, AZ and CA). During her 20+ years in California, Shelia worked in the electronics sales and distribution industry as a Product Marketing Manager. 

From first contact all the way through trial, Shelia knows how to support both clients and lawyers in difficult times.  As a litigation paralegal, Shelia can handle everything from client intake to preparing jury instructions. She can always be counted on to be there when a client calls and is uniquely able to help solve the problems that arise after someone is injured.

When not at work, Shelia’s interests are far-ranging. She listens to nearly all genres of music and is the fun “Tia” who takes all her nieces and nephews to the movies.  She also enjoys traveling (especially cruising), attending concerts and musicals, spending time with family, and hanging out with her tuxedo cat – Bond, James Bond.
